Refund Policy

To make an exchange or return you must contact Customer Service at contact@zeppelinbrand.com.

The deadline for exchanges or returns will be within 14 calendar days after receipt of your order.

We remind you that when you make use of your right of withdrawal, the money paid for the product/s purchased will be refunded. Likewise, the costs of exchange or return will be borne by the customer.

In case of defective product or shipping error, the return costs will be free of charge.

Once you have received your order, you can cancel your purchase, as long as the product has not been used, has its original labels, as well as all its accessories or promotional gifts if any.

In the event that the product does not meet any of the above requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to replace the product or refund the amount paid.

This provision does not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by the legislation in force.

Once the return request has been examined, and the appropriate checks have been made, after confirmation via e-mail, you must send the garment in a package that maintains the optimal conditions of the product to the following address:

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement of the product (if applicable) is appropriate. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of a proven defect or defect, will be refunded in full, including delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. The refund will be made in the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
