In compliance with current regulations, the entity ZEPPELIN operating through the Internet from this website www.marstonbrand.com is detailed below the general conditions of contracting the products and / or services offered through the same and from which the rights and obligations of the parties are generated.
2º.- Identification
The purpose of these General Contracting Conditions (hereinafter "Conditions") is to regulate the relationship between ZEPPELIN (hereinafter the "Provider") and the customers (hereinafter the "User"), relating to all transactions carried out through the on-line store website.

3º.- Acceptance

4º.- Availability

5º.- Validity or Duration
The period of validity or duration of these Conditions and special conditions of contracting, will be the time that they remain published on the website mentioned and will apply from the time the user makes use of the website, and / or proceed to the recruitment of any products.
6º.- Modifications
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification by the User.
The User undertakes to read carefully the contracting conditions, each time he/she proceeds to the contracting of any product since they may have been subject to modification since the last time he/she accessed.
7º.- Nullity
If any clause included in these Conditions were to be declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall only affect said provision or the part of the same that is null or ineffective, and the Conditions shall subsist in all other respects.
8º.- Object of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale born between the provider and the user at the moment in which the user accepts the purchase during the online contracting process by means of the mechanisms set out below.
The contractual relationship of purchase and sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price and publicly displayed through the website, of one or more specific products.
Each of these products may be subject to specific regulation through the particular conditions of contracting each of them, of which more detail will be given in the section on warranty, returns, withdrawal, or in the product data sheet itself, due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, their packaging or their own nature.
9º.- User Registration

The Provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the aforementioned Territory.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the fact that we may soon offer these services in the excluded areas, in which case it will be announced in advance on this website.

The Provider pays great attention to the information regarding the characteristics of the products, by means of descriptions and photographs illustrating the products. All this is done within the limits of the technique and respecting the market standards.

12º.- Taxes, currency and shipping costs

The purchase process is easy and simple.
-Choose the category and subcategory where the product(s) you wish to purchase are located.
-View the product/s you are interested in. Through a click you will get an enlargement of the photograph; some products have several photographs. You will also be able to consult its description, composition, reference and price.
-Select a product, the number of units and add the item to the basket. Then, you can choose to continue shopping or place an order.
-If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. If you want to place the order, click on the place order button to start the checkout process.
-Enter all the requested data, shipping and billing address and make sure they are correct.
-Select a payment method: bank transfer or cash.
-Confirm the order and proceed, if necessary, to payment.
-You will receive an email confirming your order.

Provisions to take into account in the purchase process.
15º.- Availability of the product
If an item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, the web would indicate that it is out of stock.
16º.- Types of products
The web page has textile products of the best qualities; sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc.
17º.- Maximum order amount
There is no maximum order amount.

18º.- How to extend or cancel my order
To extend an order you can always do it as long as you have not completed the purchase, and you can do it by clicking the button "Continue shopping".
To cancel an order the customer has a maximum period of 24 hours to cancel it at no cost to the customer.
It will be able to do it notifying it by e-mail: contacto@zeppelinbrand.com. If the order was in delivery or had been delivered, its return will involve the customer the cost of return shipping.
For orders that have not left ZEPPELIN's facilities, the amount to be returned to the customer will be full.

19º.- Expenses and shipping and delivery time
The shipping costs will depend on the quantity ordered and the place of delivery, which will be calculated once the order is processed.
The shipping method may be home delivery or store pick-up, without informing in the future of the possibility of pick-up at the Provider's home address.
The order will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of purchase. Provider does not guarantee delivery to postal boxes.
20º.- Delivery time
The delivery times without incident are as follows:
4 to 7 working days for Europe. The shipping cost will be between 6€ for all orders.
We advise you to verify when you receive your package that everything is in accordance with your order and that the packaging of the package is in perfect condition. When you open your package, if you find that the delivered items do not conform to your order or are damaged, please contact our Customer Service at contacto@zeppelinbrand.com.
The deadlines will be taken into account once the order has been processed by ZEPPELIN.
21º.- Invoice

22º.- Value added tax
In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax 21% (VAT).

The availability of products offered by ZEPPELIN BRAND SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although ZEPPELIN BRAND SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock.

24º.- General Provisions on the Payment Process
The payment order given by the User necessarily implies the adhesion to these General Conditions as well as to the particular conditions of the order.
For any form of payment chosen by the User, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the intervening financial institutions.
Upon successful payment, the User will receive an informative and confirmatory e-mail confirming the essential conditions of the operation:

Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event that there are indications of fraudulent transactions by bringing to the attention of the competent authorities any conduct that may be subject to investigation for the prevention of fraud.
25º.- Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of withdrawal.
Once you have received your order, you can cancel your purchase, as long as the product has not been used, has its original packaging, as well as all its original accessories or promotional gifts if any within 14 calendar days after receipt of your order.
We remind you that when you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund the money paid for the product/s purchased and will include the amount of the purchase. Likewise, in case you choose the option of collecting the product at your home, the costs of the collection itself will be borne by the customer.
In case the product does not meet any of the above mentioned requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to replace the product and not to refund the amount paid and/or we may ask you to reimburse the full costs of transport and revision, arising according to the current standard rates.
In case of a defective product, the return costs will be free of charge.

Once the return request has been examined, and the appropriate verifications have been made, after confirmation via e-mail, you must send the garment in a package that maintains the conditions of the product to the following address:

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement of the product (if applicable) is appropriate. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of a proven defect or defect, will be refunded in full, including delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
The rights recognized by the legislation in force remain unaffected.

-To maintain, modify or suspend its website without prior notice.
-Modify the price of the offers.
Reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment by the customer.
Refuse access to IT tools to customers in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.
-To perceive the amount of the purchases of the customer, accepted the transaction.
-To reserve the ownership and retain full ownership of the item until full payment by the customer.

30º.- Limitation of liability

In any case, Provider disclaims any liability for damages caused as a result of having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information.
Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.
Provider shall not be liable in those cases in which parents, guardians or legal representatives of underage or disabled Users authorize the access, provision of personal information or use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. It shall be the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, guardians or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of the minor or incapacitated person to contract the products and services provided through www.zeppelinbrand.com.

31. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of products or services covered by these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of ZEPPELIN.
